      Main Session Pre-Roll Slide/Video

      Main stage + livestream · rotates before & after every Main session

      Maximize your organization’s visibility with a mainstage slide or video featured on the conference’s primary screens in addition to the livestream audience. Announcements and exhibitor content will rotate before and after every main stage session for up to an hour, giving your message repeated exposure to all attendees. All content must be preapproved. Video submissions may replace a slide and must be no longer than 10 seconds, in MP4 format, and without sound.

      Rent a Room for a specific time or the duration of the conference

      Reserve a private meeting room at America's Center for receptions, donor meetings, recruitment events, or team gatherings. Rooms accommodate under 100 to 200 people and are available by individual time slot or for the full conference. Availability is limited and assigned first-come, first-served; all uses require preapproval.

      Logistics

      • Location:

      • The Dome at America's Center, St Louis, MO

      • Schedule:

      • Move-In: 12/30/26 at 9:00-5:00 PM and/or 12/31/26 at 7:30-9:00 AM

      • Exhibit Hall Opens to Attendees: December 31 at 10 AM

      • Move-Out: 1/2/27 from 4-6 PM

      • 10x10 EXHIBIT booths include:

      • Draped back wall and draped (short) side walls

      • Skirted table and 2 chairs

      • 7” x 44” identification sign

      • Show Decorator will reach out to you about booth details prior to the conference.

      Guidelines

      • Pre-Approval Needed:

      • Sales: All sales are to be made through the conference bookstore.

      • Handouts (books, tee-shirts, etc)

      • Raffles/drawings/contests

      • Fundraising

      • Audio: Any audio in exhibit area.

      • Prohibited:

      • Roaming: Distribution of materials can only be done from the assigned booth space.

      • Sales: Selling any item from the exhibit space.

      • Responsibility of Exhibitor:

      • Accommodations: travel, lodging, and meals.

      • Supplies: Partner organizations are responsible to bring all supplies.

      • Electric and wifi: A show decorator will be provided.

      • Event insurance: $1,000,000 of general liability coverage is required to exhibit.

We desire to partner with organizations that support our vision and beliefs and therefore each application goes through a careful review process.  An application that we do not accept should not be received as a rejection of the organization itself; we are simply trying to closely align our goals with the goals of partnering organizations.
