Ads typically appear in the front and back sections of the journal. Black‑and‑white artwork is required. The journal includes the event schedule, breakout offerings, maps, sponsor ads, and blank pages for notes, ensuring your message is seen repeatedly over the course of the conference.
Main stage + livestream · rotates before & after every Main session
Maximize your organization’s visibility with a mainstage slide or video featured on the conference’s primary screens in addition to the livestream audience. Announcements and exhibitor content will rotate before and after every main stage session for up to an hour, giving your message repeated exposure to all attendees. All content must be preapproved. Video submissions may replace a slide and must be no longer than 10 seconds, in MP4 format, and without sound.
Rent a Room for a specific time or the duration of the conference
Reserve a private meeting room at America's Center for receptions, donor meetings, recruitment events, or team gatherings. Rooms accommodate under 100 to 200 people and are available by individual time slot or for the full conference. Availability is limited and assigned first-come, first-served; all uses require preapproval.
